Kegel Exercises for Men for Premature Ejaculation and for high sexual performance

Before you do your Kegel exercises, it’s important to find your pelvic floor muscles also known as pelvic muscles or kegel muscles or PC (pubococcygeus) muscles.

Locate your kegel muscles

Several techniques can be done to find the right point of kegel muscles to exercise.

  • Stop urinating mid-stream (don’t do this on an extremely full bladder)
  • Try to avoid passing gas
  • Insert a finger inside your anus and squeeze the surrounding muscles

You can feel the PC or kegel muscle tighten or move upward when you contract it.

Practice contractions and relax

  • Contract your kegel muscles for 3 to 5 seconds.
  • Relax for 3 to 5 seconds.
  • Repeat the contract/relax cycle 10 times.
  • Do it three times a day.

You can do it while sitting, standing or walking anytime everywhere.

Tips

  • Try to perform at least 30 to 40 contractions every day
  • Do NOT hold your breath, squeeze your buttocks or thighs
  • Eat healthier foods
  • Do it with an EMPTY bladder
  • After a few weeks, increase the time
